                             BEINS WITH "C"

This art piece I created reminds me of my favorite movie, Lawless. The movie is about the mountain folk of Virginia in the early 1930's. Bootleggers. Outlaws. Moonshine. The Bondurant Brothers. Forest, Howard, and Jack. Immortals. When the law became corrupt, the outlaws became heroes.

"It is not the violence that sets men apart, alright, but the distance he is prepared to go."

The movie is based on actual events taken from the book, "The Wettest County In The World," written by Matt Bondurant, grandson of Jack Bondurant.
